LOS ANGELES and WASHINGTON, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- On and On PR announced today their office has been selected to execute the strategic PR for the world premiere of Unity Productions Foundation's (UPF) newest film, Inside Islam: What a Billion Muslims Really Think. The event is a private screening at Georgetown University Wednesday, June 3 with an introductory keynote speech by Madeleine K. Albright.
UPF is a California based, nonprofit organization whose mission is to work for peace through the media by creating high-quality films for worldwide broadcast and long-term educational campaigns that increase understanding and dialogue among the world's spiritual and cultural traditions.
On and On has been tapped to participate in the pre-event and on-site media relations for the world premiere of Inside Islam, which explores the results of Gallup Organization's first-of-its-kind opinion poll on the entire Muslim world. Timing for the premiere coincides with President Obama's long-awaited speech addressing the Muslim World.
The film is designed to create dialogue with subsequent screenings planned at think tanks, on Capitol Hill, and universities, before its Fall 2009 national PBS debut.
