NEW YORK, Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- The original game created in Hollywood and first played by the celebrities who live there, 'Hollywood Domino,' has finally arrived and will launch worldwide in the fall. To celebrate, Hollywood Domino is hosting two star studded events on either side of the Atlantic within 48 hours this weekend.

In London on November 7th, 2008 Sienna Miller, Tom Hollander, Ridley Scott, and Giannina Facio will be presenting an exclusive event in aid of reigning Hollywood Domino queen Charlize Theron's Africa Outreach Project.

On November 9th the battle will take flight to New York. The second round will be played at the Edison Ballroom with a glamorous 1930's JAZZ inspired gala to benefit The Art of Elysium. Confirmed attendees include; Salma Hayek, James Franco, Nicole Richie, Joel Madden, Jessica Alba, Molly Sims, Jeremy Piven, Kim Raver, Jason Lewis and more.

From its roots in China over 400 years ago, dominos has been played worldwide and recently evolved, achieving a cult celebrity following. Two young entrepreneurs, Daya and Inge, met in LA during the Oscars and developed the game in a Hollywood Hills home. It was not long before a select group of celebrity friends including Salma Hayek, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher caught onto the trend and began to meet regularly to play.

*Notes to Editors: This classic game has been given a new exciting film twist; the objective of the game is to play all of your tiles first, which means you have succeeded in completing your film before competing directors. Hollywood Domino has specially designed tiles with which you start from a central point, "The Studio." Players choose a film genre marker and then start laying their dominos down their lane, "The Reel," and an independent lane, "The Red Carpet," where anyone can play. Only one domino may be laid down on any turn and the winner is the player with the lowest score after a series of rounds. If players can't play any of their pieces they must pick up an additional domino from the 'over budget pile' and open their lane for the use of all the other players.
