This month, Tyson Foods unveiled its new line of 100% All Natural*(TM) chicken nuggets, patties and tenders that are minimally processed and contain no artificial ingredients, preservatives or fillers -- meaning mom and dad can feel good about serving them to their children.

"As a mother of two young boys, I know all too well the challenges of getting kids to eat -- and to eat right," said Robin Miller, chef and host of Food Network's Quick Fix Meals with Robin Miller. "With the help of kid-friendly foods like Tyson 100% All Natural*(TM) Nuggets, I can serve them not only something they love, but something that provides the essential protein their growing bodies need."

In addition to finding foods her kids love -- and she feels good about serving -- Miller has an arsenal of tips she pulls out every night of the week to ensure her children are eating a balanced diet, rich in protein, whole grains, fruits and vegetables, including:

-- Create Your "Peaceful Plate" -- Imagine your child's dinner plate has
a peace sign drawn on it. Fill the larger areas with whole grains and
fresh vegetables and the base of the peace sign with protein such as
Tyson 100% All Natural*(TM) Chicken Nuggets. This balanced, "peaceful
plate" allows you to put a variety of bright colors and flavors on the
plate, and ensures you child is getting the right balance of essential
nutrients and foods from all food groups.
-- Sous Chefs Needed! -- Get your little sous chefs involved in the
kitchen. One of the best ways to get your kids excited about eating is
to make them feel invested in the preparation process. Have them snip
fresh herbs with kid-safe scissors, crack eggs, stir, mix and of
course, shape things with their little hands. They love being
involved, and when they feel a part of the process, they're more
likely to try the finished product.
-- Something Familiar and Something New -- For most kids, trying
something new isn't quite as scary if it is paired with something
familiar. The same goes with food. Pair one of your child's favorite
foods with a new food or flavor. For example, if you usually serve
nuggets with ketchup, try a variation -- mustard and honey mixed with
fresh chopped peaches. The sauce is sweet and delicious and your child
will add peaches to his repertoire of new favorites.

"We are proud to be working with Robin Miller to help provide moms and dads with mealtime solutions their kids will love," said Dave Hogberg, senior vice president of consumer products for Tyson Foods, Inc. "Robin's real-life experiences as a mom coupled with her creativity when it comes to pleasing picky eaters make her the ideal partner for Tyson's new All-Natural line of chicken products."
