LARGO, Fla., Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Valpak(R) and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia are providing five lucky consumers with a chance to win a trip to "The Martha Stewart Show" (distributed by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution/check local listings). Winners will be flown to New York to attend a taping of the show on Oct. 21 celebrating the release of the new book "Martha Stewart's Cooking School" and the launch of the Cooking School series on-air.

To enter, consumers must visit Valpak.com or marthastewart.com/cookingschool where they can 'spin' a prize wheel and have a chance to win one of more than 150 prizes including copies of "Martha Stewart's Cooking School" and cooking tools. Martha Stewart will be featured on 43 million Valpak blue envelopes through Nov. 7 to promote the sweepstakes. The promotion generated more than 43,000 entries in the first 12 hours of being announced.
