'Political Chicks a Go-Go' Late Night Party at Republican National Convention Will Become a Fundraiser for Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund

MINNEAPOLIS and ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 31 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Due to Hurricane Gustav, party sponsors RightNOW!, Lifetime Networks, Rock the Vote, and women's clothing retailer White House Black Market along with other sponsors have collectively decided to turn their Late Night Party into a benefit for the American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund.

Shifting the focus to a fundraiser, the "Political Chicks a Go-Go" party being held tomorrow night will become the RightNOW!, Lifetime Networks and Rock the Vote RELIEF FOR THE GULF COAST. Donations will be collected at the door.

The show will go on Monday night at Bar Fly, 711 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, 10:00pm-1:00am, featuring special guests country music star John Rich and rising country trio Carter's Chord. Red Carpet opens at 10:00pm.
