Corporate Finance bolstered by hiring of new Senior Executives

ATLANTA, July 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- WinSonic Digital Media Group, Ltd. (BULLETIN BOARD: WDMG) announced today the expansion of the Corporate Finance Department and hiring of new senior executives. Heading the Department is Katie C. Ashcraft, CFO/VP of Finance. Ms. Ashcraft is a senior executive with leadership experience in all facets of corporate accounting. Prior to her employment with WinSonic, Ms. Ashcraft was employed in the telecom industry for seventeen years with Telecom Wireless Solutions and Bellsouth in their World Wide Wireless and Media Technology Divisions. Under her direction the following team of individuals has been hired, assuming the following positions:

-- Tom Weston - Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Weston is a seasoned professional with over 25 years experience in the management, accounting and finance disciplines, including multi-unit and international manufacturing operations. Tom has extensive experience in SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to his employment with WinSonic, Tom worked for Intersect Group, Atlanta, Ga., Callaway Partners/Huron Consulting, Atlanta, Ga., Intac, LLC., Soloman Alliance Group, Alpharetta, Ga. and Hayes Microcomputer Products, Atlanta, Ga.

-- Nick Filippone - Corporate Controller. Mr. Filippone has extensive experience in accounting with both publicly traded and privately held corporations including SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Prior to his employment with WinSonic, Mr. Filippone, a Certified Public Accountant, worked for Acsys Inc., Atlanta, Ga., NCG, LLC, Atlanta Ga., Siegfried Group, LLP, Atlanta, Ga., Cingular Wireless, LLC, Atlanta, Ga. and Arthur Anderson, LLC, Atlanta, Ga.

-- Teresa Neal - Senior Accounting Operations Manager. Ms. Neal has fourteen years experience in public accounting and financial analysis. Prior to her employment with WinSonic, Ms. Neal was employed by Race Trac, Atlanta, Ga., Tug Tech, Marietta, Ga., Hoover Materials, Alpharetta, Ga., and Carter Corporation, Atlanta, Ga.
