LOS ANGELES, July 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Circa Pictures and Production Co., Intl., Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: CPPD), is pleased to announce their upcoming fiscal and creative development plans for the company.

According to Circa Picture's CEO, Constantine Papadopoulos: "On the creative front, we have two new reality programs that are in active negotiations with two major cable venues. We also entered into development discussions to produce a "one-off" hour-long television documentary. Regarding our feature films, we have two of our film projects in the development offices of an LA based film production / distributor. One of these is a new project in Circa Picture's inventory. These will be done as co-productions or directly under the Circa Picture's banner. Upcoming announcements will be made once these negotiations have finalized. As a note: the potential acquisition of Waggaworld Entertainment is still active and in process."

Anthony Gouveia, CFO of Circa also stated: "I anticipate that by the end of the year, we will have at least six figure cash reserves for corporate activities, seven figures in funding for our film projects, and considerable revenues and positive pre-tax cash flows. We are working our way though the final audit process and we anticipate becoming an SEC reporting issuer, during this fiscal year. Our Form 10, which will be filed with the SEC, is complete and I have structured our internal financial controls and business model in such a way that we only take on projects that will generate positive pre-tax cash flows for Circa Pictures. We are also building our future so that we will eventually move up to the NASDAQ exchange. We expect great things this year and are elated by the progress that has been made to date."
