LOS ANGELES, July 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Asia Global Holdings Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: AAGH) has confirmed the opening of its new Shanghai office to meet sales and distribution demand for its TV entertainment businesses in China. Wholly owned subsidiaries, Idea Asia Limited (Idea Asia) and Sino Trade-Intelligent Development Corp (Sino Trade) will staff the new offices.

Shanghai is a major international media center. As such, Idea Asia will utilize the new offices to help meet the surging demand for its TV program distribution business in China. The company is very confident that its new distribution strategy will deliver strong revenues and profits driven by the exploding demand for quality international TV formats in China.
