26th Anniversary Event Reaffirms Chrysler Jeep Superstores As Premier Sponsor Of Detroit Summer Family Fun Events

DETROIT, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The world's largest free Country Music Concert is set to heat up Hart Plaza the weekend of May 9 - 11, 2008 in the heart of Downtown Detroit with the help of title sponsor Chrysler Jeep Superstores.

This year's Downtown Hoedown, the 26th anniversary of the event, brings superstars Jewel, Josh Gracin, Little Big Town, Trisha Yearwood, Lonestar, Gretchen Wilson and a jam-packed lineup of many other country favorites to Downtown Detroit for three days of music, food and family fun.

The event marks the beginning of an entire season of summertime fun events sponsored by Chrysler Jeep Superstores.
