ExerciseTV and CityVoter Reveal Winners of 2008 'Top Trainer' Competition

Online Voters Selected Eight Winners From Among More Than 1,300 of the Nation's Top Physical Fitness Talent

BOSTON and LOS ANGELES, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- ExerciseTV, a multi-platform, on-demand media company dedicated to fitness, motivational programming and personal training, and CityVoter, Inc., provider of online guides and contest platforms for leading media companies, today announced the winners of the "ExerciseTV Top Trainer" contest. ExerciseTV invited fitness professionals and their clients or friends to nominate themselves or their favorite trainer from among eight fitness categories on the ExerciseTV Top Trainer site, powered by CityVoter.

Between January 28 and March 23, nearly 10,000 people voted for their favorite Boot camp gym, cardio instructor, dance instructor, general fitness trainer, kickboxing instructor, personal trainer, pilates instructor or yoga instructor. Eight trainers were awarded the title of Top Trainer, one in each of the listed categories. The contest drew almost 100,000 unique visitors to the ExerciseTV site.

-- CARDIO INSTRUCTOR: Sharon, Mt Clemens, MI

-- PERSONAL TRAINER: Jonathan Ross, Bowie, MD
-- KICKBOXING: Michelle Jones, Warren, MI
-- PILATES: Terry Bernardo, Accord, NY
-- GENERAL FITNESS: Coach Neda, Woodland Hills, CA
