HARRISBURG, Pa., March 28 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities (PLCM) has partnered with WITF-TV and the Pennsylvania Public Television Network (PPTN), as well as the Pennsylvania Economy League (PEL), The Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), as a co-sponsor of the IssuesPA 2008 public television program -- Energy and Infrastructure: Where We Need To Be. This program is the second episode in a continuing series of four programs airing in the first six months of 2008 that will focus on the issues most critical to the state's economic competitiveness and community vitality.
