Bartiromo: "[T]he problem is when you look at some of these tax increases, so for one, capital gains tax. Right now the capital gains tax is 15%. He wants to take that up to possibly 28%. He said probably 25% is what he is thinking but he won't take it beyond the 28% rate that was the case under the Clinton Administration." (MSNBC's "MSNBC Live," 3/28/08)
