MIT students take Las Vegas for $6 million

BOSTON, March 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Online video network BOSTON.TV got behind the scenes with the creators, producers, and stars of Columbia Pictures latest action/adventure flick, "21," which opens in theaters this Friday.

In "21," MIT students come up with a system to beat Las Vegas, taking 6 million dollars from the city's casinos over the course of one year. Card counting is legal, but Las Vegas casinos don't like it. Watch as the excitement and tension unfold.

Based on true events, the movie stars Kevin Spacey as Micky Rosa, an unorthodox math professor and stats genius, and Jim Sturgess as Ben Campbell, a promising M.I.T. student searching for ways to cover tuition costs. The film also stars Laurence Fishburne and Kate Bosworth and is directed by Robert Luketic, best known for the hit comedy Legally Blonde.

The film has been adapted from the best-selling novel written by Boston- based writer, Ben Mezrich, and was released by Columbia Pictures.

Check out how these kids beat the system by card counting and other techniques. Watch how they disguise themselves so as not to get caught. Find out how they transported hundreds of thousands of dollars through airport security.

It makes you wonder, what are these students doing now?
