Claesson Edwards Audio Launches Innovative Digital Enhancer
Breakthrough Product Delivers Professional Sound Quality to Consumer Music Market
ANTIOCH, Calif., March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Claesson Edwards Audio (http://www.claessonedwards.com/), an audio enhancement software company, announced its new Breakaway audio enhancer for Windows Systems. Breakaway for Windows Systems improves the quality of the multimedia listener's experience by digitally remastering audio in real time with professional-grade software at a consumer price.
Claesson Edwards Audio co-founder Leif Claesson said, "Breakaway is the best-sounding audio processor on the market. It remasters consumers' digital music libraries as they play songs on a computer media player. Any playlist will produce clear sound with Breakaway's automatic volume matching and spectral balancing."
Claesson, the inventor of OctiMax audio processing core technology utilized by Octiv and Volume Logic, has completely redesigned the Breakaway audio processing algorithm.
"Consumers can now enjoy the same audio quality and consistency that music professionals use when creating and producing a CD," said Claesson Edwards Audio co-founder Keith Edwards. "Listeners will be amazed by the level of quality, consistency, and depth of sound presented to them."
Breakaway for Windows System incorporates state-of-the-art 5, 6, or 7-band dynamic processors that examine and adjust the audio thousands of times a second. Low levels are raised and loud signals are kept under control, all in real time while the audio is sent to the listener's speakers or headphones. Any sound playing in the media player or Web browser, including MP3s, videos, Internet radio, or CDs, is digitally remastered for consistent volume level and spectral balance without scanning or modifying consumers' files.
With Breakaway for Windows Systems there is no longer a need to purchase separate audio enhancement plug-ins for each media player. This product will enhance audio for all Windows audio and video players. Breakaway also features a fully sizable and docking interface, Windows Explorer extension, and setup wizards to squeeze the top performance from the user's system.
A 30-day free trial version of Breakaway for Windows System is available for download at http://www.claessonedwards.com/winmore.htm. The product retails for $29.95.
Claesson Edwards Audio is also developing a new version of the Breakaway audio enhancer for Mac iTunes: Breakaway for Mac iTunes, due to be available late summer 2008 for $29.95.
