Zuma Beach Entertainment Acquires Ownership Interest in a Slate of Film/Television Projects
BURBANK, Calif., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Zuma Beach Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ZMBC) announced today that it has acquired ownership interest in a slate of film and television projects. A general acquisition agreement was signed on February 6, 2008 between Zuma Beach Entertainment Inc. ("Zuma") and Westlake Productions, LLC ("Westlake"). Interest acquired by Zuma from Westlake, in exchange for an equity interest in Zuma, shall represent the percentage ownership interest, in perpetuity, for a slate of projects.
Zuma acquired interest to the projects owned by Westlake, whose Managing Members and Producers include Freddy Braidy, Nicholas Celozzi and Daniel Cannon. Details of each project will be announced chronologically corresponding to the production and release schedule of each respective project.

About Freddy Braidy and Nicholas Celozzi
Freddy Braidy has a long and varied presence in the film industry. He has worked with Franchise Pictures as a Development and Production Executive and has assisted in structuring film financing with these Los Angeles based productions companies for the past ten years. Braidy recently produced the drama Gospel Hill and the romantic comedy Blonde Ambition, starring Jessica Simpson and Luke Wilson. Other Producer credits include the action adventure Rescue Dawn (2006) and the science fiction adventure Retrograde (2004).
Nicholas Celozzi is a prominent Actor, Director, Producer and Writer. He was the Executive Producer and starred in Dumb Luck in Vegas (1997) and directed Deep Cover, a.k.a. Checkmate (1996) and Dark and Deadly (1995).
Braidy and Celozzi were Producer and Co-Producer for the comedy films 7-10 Split (2007) and Bottoms Up (2006) and the thriller Lost Angel (2004). Celozzi also wrote the story and screenplay and starred in Lost Angel.
