Comedy Central Records(R) Releases Todd Barry's 'From Heaven' CD on Tuesday, March 4
NEW YORK, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Todd Barry is back! Fresh from his knockout bongo performance on "Flight of the Conchords," Todd releases his third full-length standup comedy album, "From Heaven" on COMEDY CENTRAL Records on Tuesday, March 4.
Todd Barry's "From Heaven" was recorded live at The Comedy Studio in Cambridge, MA in August, 2007. Barry touches on hard-hitting issues from The Container Store to famous bass players in his inimitable deadpan style.
Todd Barry was Entertainment Weekly's 2003 "It Standup" selection on their "It List". He has appeared on "Late Show with David Letterman," "Late Night with Conan O'Brien," "Later with Carson Daly," "Jimmy Kimmel Live," "COMEDY CENTRAL's Friar's Roast of Chevy Chase," "Space Ghost Coast To Coast" and in his own two "COMEDY CENTRAL Presents" specials. His acting credits include "The Larry Sanders Show," "Sex And The City," "Spin City," "Chappelle's Show," "Road Trip," "Lucky Louie," "Wonder Showzen," "Pootie Tang " and as the bongo-playing "third Conchord" in "Flight of the Conchords." In addition, Barry's done cartoon voice work on "Dr. Katz: Professional Therapist," "Aqua Teen Hunger Force," "Home Movies," "Squidbillies," "Hey Monie," "Freak Show," and "Lucy: Daughter of the Devil."
