GSTV Appoints Vice President of Midwest Sales and Research Specialist
DETROIT, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Gas Station TV (www.gstv.com ), the industry-leader in digital out-of-home media, today announced the appointment of Todd Rankin, vice president of midwest sales and Rita Proctor, research specialist. These recent appointments in the Detroit market are only a few of GSTV's most recent additions as the company continues its tremendous nationwide growth.
Joining GSTV with 19 years of experience in media, marketing and advertising, Rankin is responsible for the development of marketing strategies for advertisers and marketers interested in reaching mobile and active consumers via Gas Station TV's premier nationwide media network.
Prior to joining GSTV, Rankin most recently held the position of regional brand sales director for Readers Digest where he developed and executed a multi-million dollar annual business plan and serviced all Michigan-based accounts. He holds a master's degree in adverting and a bachelor's degree in telecommunications from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich.
As research specialist, Proctor is responsible for the management of GSTV research programs and projects including planning, reporting and analysis. She joins GSTV with experience in online and interactive research, advertising and promotions.
Proctor holds a master's degree in communication and information with a focus on advertising from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, Tenn. where she also served as a graduate assistant for the University's Department of Advertising and Public Relations. Proctor also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. where she graduated summa cum laude.
