MCL Productions, LLC Announces That It Has Acquired an Interest in Platinum Heaven Productions and Media and Is Opening the Film Division for the Development and Production of Reality Shows, Feature Films and Series.

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Christine Larocque, owner of MCL Productions, LLC brings several years of production experience to the new venture. Her productions are known for their high quality and have received several international awards over the years and an Oscar nomination. She has worked with clients all over the world and has particular expertise in the area of international animation co-productions.

Christine headed the production team for 100 episodes of "SAY IT WITH NODDY" and 5 "Noddy" music videos through the end of post-production. These films were produced by SD Entertainment Inc for Chorion Entertainment. She's held several key corporate positions including Director of Animation Production for Fox Animation, Vice President of Production for Bardel Entertainment, Founder and President of Crayon Animation.

Christine's been in charge of several features, series and television specials including "Anastasia" - 20th Century Fox; "Heavy Metal" - Ivan Reitman Productions; "The Christmas Orange" - winner of multiple international awards including several at the Leo Awards and at the Houston International Festival; "The Selfish Giant" for Potterton Productions Inc. - winner of multiple international awards including the Silver Bear in Berlin, nominated for an Academy Award; "The Little Mermaid" winner of several awards including the Christopher Award "Robocop: Alpha Commando" series for MGM Animation; "The Smoggies" series co-production between Cinar Films and France Animation; and "Fat Dog Mendoza" series co-production between Sunbow Entertainment and TV Loonland.
