(Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that a general investors conference call will be held on Tuesday, January 8, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time, to discuss the financial condition of the company and its capital needs, the restructuring of its senior management team, and the restructuring of its outstanding common and preferred share capital. The company has been interviewing with qualified candidates to replace existing Chairman and CEO Kenneth Eade as part of the senior management reconstruction.
