Movie Sparks New Real-Life Adventure Tour Throughout the Capital City

WASHINGTON, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Ben Gates' quest for treasure brings him back to DC this Friday, December 21, in Walt Disney Pictures and Jerry Bruckheimer Films' National Treasure: Book of Secrets, the action-packed follow-up to the high-octane 2004 release, again produced by Jerry Bruckheimer and directed by Jon Turteltaub. In National Treasure: Book of Secrets, Nicolas Cage, Diane Kruger, Jon Voight and Justin Bartha reprise their roles as history-savvy treasure hunters who set out to uncover the truth behind the Lincoln assassination. Joined on this new adventure by Academy Award(R)-winning actress Helen Mirren and four-time Oscar nominee Ed Harris, their quest takes them to intriguing locations like the Library of Congress, the White House, the University of Maryland and George Washington's Mount Vernon Estate and Gardens and links DC to other great capitals of the world.
