Zone4Play Forms a Major Multi-Platform Gaming Venture in the UK

Zone4Play Believes New Venture Offers a Significant Business Break-Through for the Company and Would Mark its Leadership in the TV Gaming Arena

Ltd, a leading interactive television production company, announced today the
formation of an equally owned joint venture to expand both companies'
penetration into the UK gambling and entertainment market. The new company,
named Two Way Gaming Ltd, already operative and based in Alderney, has
appointed Mr. Guy Templer, the Commercial Director of Two Way Media Ltd, as
the joint venture's Managing Director.

Two Way Gaming was formed to take advantage of deregulation in the UK
gaming market, which now permits the operation of the entire variety of
casino games on electronic media. The joint venture will focus on delivering
quality gambling entertainment to UK TV audiences, which market has become a
significant factor in the global gaming industry. Mr. Templer explains:
"Recently, the Call-TV market, which offered TV viewers to participate in TV
shows through premium telephony rates, had collapsed. The void created
following the removal of legally dubious TV competitions for costly phone

latest live television gambling channel Pitch Gaming, whose live shows
include the Red Hot Roulette broadcast simultaneously to more than 10
channels on the SKY network.
