Fats Domino Only at Borders(R) Columbus Circle Store

ANN ARBOR, Mich., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ --
Who: A pianist, singer and songwriter who was born in New Orleans,
Fats Domino sold more records, 65 million, than any 50s rocker
except Elvis Presley. Between 1950 and 1963, Domino cracked the
pop Top 40 music chart 37 times and the R&B singles chart 59
times. His biggest songs are as winning as his broad smile. They
include "Ain't That a Shame," "Blueberry Hill," "I'm Walkin',"
"Blue Monday" and "Walking to New Orleans." Icons from the world
of rock, blues, reggae, pop and country music have joined
together to salute Domino's genius for the upcoming double CD
set, "Goin' Home: A Tribute to Fats Domino." Some of the artists
appearing on the CD include an unreleased track by John Lennon
singing "Ain't That A Shame," Norah Jones version of "My Blue
Heaven," Dr. John performing "Don't Leave Me This Way" as well as
Bonnie Raitt and Jon Cleary's duet, "I'm in Love Again/All by
Myself"
