Leaders to Hold News Conference Call on Friday
to Unite for Live Earth Concert Series

Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., will join Apollo Alliance president Jerome Ringo and MoveOn.org Political Action executive director Eli Pariser on a conference call with reporters on Friday to make a statement about Saturday's Live Earth concert series. Participants on the call will also outline plans to hold more than 7,000 house parties and an online presidential candidates forum in conjunctions with this weekend's concerts. The concerts, organized by former Vice President Al Gore, will rally global grassroots action to combat climate change.
