Guitar Center Works With the Leading Tenant-Only Representation Firm to Renew its Westlake Village Lease

LOS ANGELES, July 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Staubach, Los Angeles, a leading global real estate advisory firm, has represented Guitar Center, Inc. (NASDAQ: GTRC), in renewing the lease for its Westlake Village corporate headquarters. The 69,000 square foot building is located at 5795 Lindero Canyon Road. The new long term lease is valued at approximately $9 million.
