SKRM Interactive Announces No Reverse Split in Deal to Acquire Sector 10 Services USA, Inc.

ORLANDO, Fla., July 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SKRM Interactive Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: SKMI) announced today that there would be no reverse split in the acquisition they are seeking of Sector 10 Services USA, Inc. The Company also said that they would soon be releasing information on the forty- two city sales plan for the Sector 10's pre-deployed emergency systems.

Charles Camorata, President, said, "The market has reacted very favorably to our announcement of entering into a Letter of Intent to acquire Sector 10. We wanted to make sure that all our shareholders understood that we have protected their interests in this transaction by including as one of the terms that there will be no reverse split of the stock."
