COACHELLA, Calif., July 24 /PRNewswire/ -- For more than 15 years, audiences across the U.S. and around the world have been "Amazed" by country music's harmonizing superstars and CMA Vocal Group of the Year nominees Lonestar, and now the band is coming to Spotlight 29 Casino on August 25 for one night of incredible music.

This is the last concert tour for lead singer Richie McDonald, who will soon be embarking on a solo career. Guitarist Michael Britt, drummer Keech Rainwater, and keyboardist Dean Sams are actively looking for a new lead singer and there are no plans to break up the band.
Propelled by smash hits "I'm Already There", "Walking In Memphis" and "Mr. Mom" and "My Front Porch Looking In," the band has developed a loyal and diverse crossover fan base, selling more that 10 million albums along the way.
Lonestar first hit the music scene as Texasee, a blending of the band member's Texas and Tennessee roots. After criss-crossing the country in a Jeep Cherokee and U-Haul trailer, the band changed its name, signed with BNA Records and released their first album in 1995, scoring a hit with "Tequila Talkin'." It was their third album, Lonely Grill, and its smash hit "Amazed," that set the country and pop charts on fire, and Lonestar was established as a crossover phenomenon.
Lonestar has built a career on inspiration and optimism, and their hits are heartfelt anthems to family, love and fidelity, as well as across-the-board hits of the first order.
Out of the studio, the quartet's non-musical legacy follows the inspirational theme, and the band is known for their support of the nation's troops and of charitable causes. Their work has earned them the National Fatherhood Award and the ACM/Home Depot Humanitarian Award.
