James Spencer to Join iBiquity Digital as Chief Financial Officer
COLUMBIA, Md., July 10 /PRNewswire/ -- iBiquity Digital Corporation, the developer of digital AM/FM HD Radio(TM) technology, announced today that it has hired James Spencer as senior vice president and chief financial officer.

Mr. Spencer most recently served as CFO, Secretary and Treasurer at Allion Healthcare, Melville, NY, where he was responsible for leading all finance, accounting, investor relations, information technology and business development functions. He began working at Allion in 2003 and during his tenure with the company raised over $130 million of public and private capital, including the company's initial and secondary public offerings.

Prior to joining Allion, Mr. Spencer was an investment banker with Thomas Weisel Partners, Credit Suisse First Boston and Alex. Brown and Sons. He worked closely with growth companies on raising capital and advising on strategic transactions. Mr. Spencer earned an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Economics and Management Statistics from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Spencer resides in Baltimore, MD, with his wife, Jennifer, and their three children.
