What: Nearly 1,200 school children from across the nation will

children in singing "The Star-Spangled Banner." The
children will also create a patriotic visual of the
continental United States with "Jeep" and "O say, can you
see," the first five words of the national anthem,
spelled out within the outline.

The "National Anthem Project: Restoring America's Voice"
is celebrating the conclusion of a multi-year national
education initiative created by MENC: The National
Association for Music Education to re-teach Americans
the national anthem after a Harris Poll showed that two
out of three Americans don't know the words to "The
Star-Spangled Banner."

The Jeep brand is the National Presenting Sponsor,
building upon its 66-year heritage and role in U.S.
history.
