Imperia Entertainment and Nexxus One Capital Trust Close Escrow on $10 Million in Capital Financing

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., June 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that Imperia and Nexxus One Capital Trust of Switzerland have closed their capital financing transaction whereby Nexxus has capitalized Imperia with a $10 million interest bearing Capital Protected Note from Nexxus' subsidiary, secured by a $300 million bond with A rated insurance, in exchange for 250,000,000 shares in Imperia restricted stock to Nexxus and 5,000,000 shares of Imperia stock to Nexxus One Securities, Ltd., at the price of five cents (.05) per share. The five year Note pays interest every six months at the rate of 5.75% per annum, beginning December 31, 2007. "We believe that the Note, when monetized, will be sufficient to fund all of Imperia and Muller Media (Pink Sheets: MUMI) film projects for a twelve month period. Over the next several weeks, we will seek bank financing on the Note. During the interim period, we intend to continue with production of the feature film, 'Never Submit' in the interim period," said Kenneth Eade, Chairman. "Upon monetization, the company intends to commence its share buyback program as committed," he added.
