Debut Broadcasting Corporation, Inc. Closes on Initial Radio Station Acquisitions

Receives Additional FCC Approval

NASHVILLE, Tenn., June 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Debut Broadcasting Corporation, Inc. (NASDAQ:DBTB.OB), a radio broadcasting and syndication company, announced today that it has closed on its first two radio station acquisitions, WNLA AM and WNLA FM in the Greenville-Greenwood, Mississippi market. Additionally, the Company has received FCC approval on a second group of radio station acquisitions in that market.

The acquisitions are WIQQ FM, WBAQ FM, and WNIX AM, currently owned by River Broadcasting. Notably, the majority owner of these stations is George Pine, former President and COO of Interep. The Company expects to close on these acquisitions within two weeks.

Steven Ludwig, CEO of Debut Broadcasting stated, "The combination of all five Radio Stations will provide us with the economic scale and format variety to successfully implement our business plan in the Delta." The Company also announced that its radio syndication unit, Impact Radio Networks (http://www.impactradionetworks.com/) signed more than 490 Country Radio Stations for the World Premiere Radio Special for Toby Keith's latest album, "Big Dog Daddy," released yesterday. Universal Music Group distributes Toby Keith's record label, Show Dog Records.
