Company to Aggressively Explore Acquisition Opportunities

LOS ANGELES, CA, May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Red Rock Pictures Holdings, Inc., (OTCBB: RRPH.OB), today announced that the Company has retained investment banking firm, The Shemano Group, to furnish investment advisory services and to assist with its acquisition strategy, including strategic alliances or acquisitions with other industry partners.
