Online Auction Featuring Beyonce to Support the Survivor Foundation

Beyonce-Signed Sony VAIO Computers, Trips and Tickets to the Essence Music Festival to be Auctioned

HOUSTON, May 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Beyonce Knowles' fans can help raise funds for Beyonce's charitable organization the Survivor Foundation by bidding online to purchase a Sony VAIO TX Series notebook PC signed by Beyonce. Winners will also receive two Floor Level tickets to see her perform at 2007 Essence Music Festival in New Orleans taking place on July 6. The Survivor Foundation raises money to assist families and individuals displaced by disasters, those who are homeless and those seeking to rebuild their lives.

Beginning Monday, May 21st, fans can bid on five Beyonce-themed packages each featuring an ultra-portable Sony VAIO TX Series Notebook PC signed by the star herself. Packages also include tickets to the 2007 Essence Music Festival, where Beyonce will be kicking off her North American tour July 6, along with CDs and other prizes. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Survivor Foundation.

For five consecutive weeks, one auction package will be available online for bidding each week. The auctions -- part of Sony BMG's ICON Collectibles site featured on eBay -- will run from 7pm PST on Monday through 7pm PST on Monday, with the final week ending June 25.

Packages include:
-- Weeks 1-3: The first three packages include a Sony VAIO TX Series
notebook PC signed by Beyonce and two Floor Level tickets to the
Essence Music Festival.
-- Week 4: The fourth package features a Sony VAIO TX Series notebook PC
signed by Beyonce and four Floor Level tickets to the Essence Music
Festival.
-- Week 5: The fifth and final week will feature the top package sponsored
by Sony Electronics. The package features a Sony VAIO TX Series
notebook PC signed by Beyonce, two gold circle tickets to the Essence
Music Festival, roundtrip airfare for two from anywhere in the
continental United States and two nights hotel accommodations in New
Orleans to attend the festival.

The Survivor Foundation, a charitable entity established by Beyonce and Kelly Rowland -- members of the Grammy Award-winning group Destiny's Child -- Solange Knowles and their families, raises funds for the purpose of assisting families and individuals displaced by disasters.
