LAS VEGAS, NCTA National Show, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Starz Entertainment announced today the "Summer of Stars" campaign, leveraging one of the most bountiful collections of exclusive pay TV movies ever for the company. Summer of Stars will feature a unique, first-run movie and showcase associated celebrities every Friday on Starz at 9PM ET/PT for fifteen consecutive weeks, the traditional "summer" movie season. The Summer of Stars movies are scheduled to kick-off Memorial Day weekend, Friday, May 25, 2007 with Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and spotlight Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley.

With a focus on A-list celebrities and big budget, first-run output movies, Summer of Stars celebrates great films that consumers will find only on the Starz channels and services, always uncut and commercial-free.
