Imperia Entertainment and Nexxus One Capital Trust Open Bond Escrow
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif., May 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Imperia Entertainment, Inc. (Pink Sheets: IPEI) announced today that Imperia has opened escrow for its $10 million bond funding with Nexxus One Capital Trust of Switzerland, which is set to close by Friday. Imperia has issued restricted stock to Nexxus at the price of five cents (.05) per share, and has deposited the stock into escrow for closing. The bond financing is represented by an interest bearing Note from Nexxus' subsidiary, secured by a $300 million bond with A rated insurance. The five year Note pays interest every six months at the rate of 6.125%, beginning December 31, 2007. "The Note, when monetized, is sufficient to fund all of Imperia and Muller Media (Pink Sheets: MUMI) film projects for a twelve month period. It will take us up to several weeks to monetize the bond after closing, so we intend to continue with production of the feature film, 'Never Submit' in the interim period," said Kenneth Eade, Chairman.
