Candie's Announces Exclusive Fashion Sponsorship With Superstar Fergie During Her First Solo Tour

NEW YORK, May 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Candie's announced today its exclusive fashion sponsorship with multi-platinum, 3x Grammy-winning artist, Fergie of her first solo tour. The superstar is also the junior brand's current spokesperson and appears in its television and print advertising campaigns. Fergie's Verizon VIP Tour has a 20-city schedule and tickets are exclusive to Candie's and Verizon Wireless give-aways, as no tickets will be sold for this tour.

Candie's will give away 200 tickets in each market through "Try 2 Win" events exclusively at Kohl's Department Stores. In each market, customers that try on Candie's apparel, shoes or accessories will receive a piece of bubble gum that will reveal if they are an instant winner of two tickets to the upcoming Fergie concert in their area. These two-hour "Try 2 Win" events will take place on Saturday and Sunday approximately two weeks prior to the concert in each market.

The Candie's commercial featuring Fergie will air at each stop and exclusive event footage will be uploaded to www.candies.com from each concert. Candie's will also host an exclusive fashion show every night, in which 8 pre- selected Fergie fans will become models on the main stage, styled by Fergie's tour stylist for a live fashion show prior to the concert.

As an additional opportunity to win tickets, Candie's and Kohl's will host a national sweepstakes for 10 friends to win a trip to the Fergie concert date in Los Angeles. The sweepstakes will be exclusively on www.kohls.com/candies. Winners will enjoy a three day, two night trip that includes $500 spending cash and a $500 Kohl's shopping spree.
