Mayoral Candidates Get Down to Business on 6abc!
Televised Debate - Sunday at 10am
PHILADELPHIA, April 19 /PRNewswire--USNewswire/ -- Five Democratic candidates are vying to be the next Mayor of Philadelphia, and they are set to face off in the 6abc studios this weekend! U.S. Congressman Bob Brady, PA Congressman Dwight Evans, U.S. Congressman Chaka Fattah, Philadelphia Businessman Tom Knox, and former City Council member Michael Nutter will all participate in a one-hour 6abc televised debate, scheduled to air Sunday, April 22nd, at 10am.
Moderated by Action News' Matt O'Donnell and Tamala Edwards, the candidates will tackle the big issues facing the city. Sponsored by WPVI-TV / 6abc and The League of Women Voters of Philadelphia, the debate will be produced live to tape, in the 6abc studios, on Saturday, April 21st, at 1pm.
The televised debate will also simul-stream on the WPVI-TV website, http://www.6abc.com/. Plus, radio listeners can catch the broadcast on 87.7fm.
