Metropolitan Talent, Inc Strengthens Management Team With CFO Appointment

NEW YORK, March 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Metropolitan Talent, Inc. today announced the appointment of Errol Antzis to the position of Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the company. Mr. Antzis will oversee Metropolitan's finances, strategic planning and implementation of new business initiatives.

Mr. Antzis has over 25 years of investment banking experience and was instrumental in arranging and closing Metropolitan's recent strategic partnership with Plainfield Asset Management, allowing the company access to significant capital for its concert, record label and talent management divisions, as well as it's planned expansion into new areas of business.

Prior to joining Metropolitan Talent, Mr. Antzis was the Co-Manager and Principal of VSS Mezzanine Partners, L.P., a private equity fund investing in media and entertainment companies. Other professional positions have included Division Head of the Media and Entertainment Finance Group at Banque Paribas (now BNP Paribas), Managing Director at GE Capital and Vice President at both The Bank of New York and J.P. Morgan Chase.

Mr. Antzis graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and received an MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University.

In addition to his position at Metropolitan, Mr. Antzis owns a music magazine publishing company, PPV Media, LLC, and a first class recording studio in Manhattan. He lives with his wife, Deborah Carlson, an actress and owner of the acting studio "Word of Mouth" in New York City, where she teaches & coaches.
