Multi-Year Agreement for Ticket Sales, Ticket Resale Service, Marketing, Distribution and Patron Service Solutions
SEATTLE, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The Showbox has selected Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company, to provide comprehensive ticketing solutions and serve as the authorized ticketing provider and exclusive ticket resale service for all events held at the venue. Under terms of the multi-year agreement, Ticketmaster is providing The Showbox with a seamlessly integrated single ticketing distribution solution including a venue-authorized TicketExchange resale service, on-site scanning technology to validate barcoded event tickets, online and offline marketing distribution and communication tools and a variety of other new services to help drive ticket sales and enhance the overall entertainment experience for the venue's patrons.
Tickets for upcoming events at The Showbox, including The Roots, The Dan Band, and George Clinton and Parliament/Funkadelic, are currently available for sale through Ticketmaster -- online at Ticketmaster.com; or by calling 206-628-0888; and at Ticketmaster retail Ticket Center locations throughout Washington, including select G.I. Joe's, F.Y.E., Fred Meyer, and Wherehouse Music stores.
