U.S. Bank Arena Selects Ticketmaster as Exclusive Authorized Secondary Market Ticketing Provider Through Extended Multi-Year Ticketing Agreement

TicketExchange Launches as Venue's Authorized Site for Ticket Resale

CINCINNATI, Nov. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- U.S. Bank Arena has selected Ticketmaster, the world's leading ticketing company, as the venue's exclusive authorized secondary market ticketing provider. U.S. Bank Arena has launched its new TicketExchange resale service, becoming the first venue in the Greater Cincinnati area to enable ticket holders to resell tickets to events that they are unable to attend. U.S. Bank Arena has also extended its multi-year ticketing agreement with Ticketmaster continuing to serve as the official ticketing company for all events at the venue.

Ticketmaster TicketExchange now serves as the U.S. Bank Arena's only venue-authorized resale site for valid tickets, providing patrons with a secure site to buy and resell tickets. Fans purchasing tickets through Ticketmaster and through TicketExchange have the option to receive their tickets via Ticketmaster's online delivery service, TicketFast. Tickets purchased through TicketExchange arrive to the buyer with a brand new unique barcode identifying the buyer as the owner of the ticket and the original ticket's barcode is cancelled. Ticketmaster's AccessManager event entry system is in place at the Arena to quickly scan barcoded event tickets at venue entrances.
