Documentary Explores Liberal Bias Against Black Conservatives
WASHINGTON, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Award-winning documentary EMANCIPATION, REVELATION, REVOLUTION, directed and produced by filmmaker and activist Nina May, will screen tonight at E Street Cinema at 7:30 p.m. preceded by a reception. There will be a Q&A discussion with activists and key film subjects following the screening including: Ted Hayes, Founder of Dome City in Los Angeles; Niger Innis, Congress of Racial Equality; artist and musician Lloyd Marcus; and syndicated columnist Armstrong Williams, among others.
EMANCIPATION, REVELATION, REVOLUTION explores what happens to Black Americans who choose to leave the liberal plantation on the underground railroad of self-determination and true empowerment. The film demonstrates that they are no longer being judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character and the liberal judgment is harsh.
The film features commentary by leading black conservatives including Dr. Alveda King, activist and niece of Dr. Martin Luther King; Star Parker, author of "Uncle Sam's Plantation"; Deroy Murdock, syndicated columnist; Armstrong Williams, author, and host of the Armstrong Williams Show; and dozens of others.
