MSN and Control Room Present: John Legend Live Oct. 2, 2006

Exclusive Concert is Part of Multiyear Agreement to Bring the Best in Live
Music to the Web

Who: MSN will stream an exclusive online live and intimate performance
from the Grammy-award-winning John Legend from Royal Albert Hall.

Hendrix and ABBA.

"This is a very important part of launching John Legend's new
record. 'Once Again,' is getting people to hear lots of music,"
said Seth Friedman of DAS Communications. "I am always looking
for alternatives to traditional radio delivery, and Control Room
on MSN(R) is shaping up to be a great platform."

What: The John Legend concert is the first online stream resulting from
the recently announced multiyear global content distribution
agreement between MSN and Control Room (formerly Network LIVE),
the No. 1 provider of live digital entertainment and the
producers of Live 8.

Additional artists scheduled to appear on MSN through the
relationship with Control Room include Rod Stewart from the Nokia
Theater in New York City on Oct. 9, John Mayer from Webster Hall
in New York City later this fall and more than 35 concerts live
and on demand throughout the year. Additional concert information
