ABC 7 Chicago's Ron Magers to Moderate 'Race for Cook County Board President: The Candidates Debate,' Live, October 26th

CHICAGO, Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- ABC 7 Chicago Anchor/reporter Ron Magers will moderate "Race for Cook County Board President: The Candidates Debate," the first, televised half-hour debate between Cook County Board Presidential candidates Todd Stroger and Tony Peraica. ABC 7 is partnering with the League of Women Voters of Cook County to present the live debate on Thursday, October 26th at 10:35 p.m. The debate will also be streamed live on ABC 7's Web site at http://www.abc7chicago.com/.

A panel of journalists including Andy Shaw, ABC 7 political reporter; Madeleine Doubek, deputy managing editor, the Daily Herald and Craig Dellimore, political editor, WBBM Newsradio 780, will question candidates about the key issues important to Cook County voters.
