In celebration of Jeff Foxworthy's "new baby," FOXWORTHY'S BIG NIGHT OUT, his new sketch comedy television show, CMT is awarding $50,000 to the mother of the first baby born in America during the premiere of the show at 8:30 pm ET* on Friday, September 1, 2006.

The search is on for the "first" mother of Foxworthy's "new baby". CMT is also offering a $1,000 Baby Bounty to the first person to find the mother of the $50,000 "new baby."

CMT will also award an additional $55,000 - $5,000 each week - to the mother of the first baby born in America during the premiere of the 11 subsequent new episodes of FOXWORTHY'S BIG NIGHT OUT airing Fridays at 8:30 pm ET* on CMT.

To find the mom who gave birth as the new CMT show FOXWORTHY'S BIG NIGHT OUT hits the airwaves, CMT launched a massive search campaign, alerting nearly 4,000 hospital delivery rooms across America.

To be eligible for the $50,000 for a BIG NIGHT OUT on CMT, the mother of the baby born at 8:30 pm ET* on Friday, September 1, 2006 must submit an entry form (available at foxworthy.cmt.com sent to the address listed on the entry form.

If there is more than one birth at 8:30 pm ET,* a random drawing will be conducted. If there are no babies born at 8:30 pm ET,* then the mother of the first baby born after 8:30 pm ET* Friday, September 1st will receive the cash for a BIG NIGHT OUT on CMT.
