Innovative 80's Band THE FIXX to play at RockHouse Live

Intimate New Venue Offers Fans Up Close and Personal Experience

DALLAS, Sept. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- RockHouse Live Grille and Venue, the new concept venue that is the brainchild of former DiscLive CEO and Immediatek founder Zach Bair, announced today that The Fixx will be performing on September 12th, 2006, in the first of a series of intimate concerts dubbed "RockHouse Presents."

The Fixx, best known for its hits "Saved by Zero," "Red Skies," "Stand or Fall," and the catchy "One Thing Leads To Another," will be performing in front of an audience numbering no more than 300, and as part of the experience, all ticket holders will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with the band in an upscale setting.

The opening act will be popular regional recording artist Waking Norman.

RockHouse Live is located in Far North Dallas, and is the prototype for other RockHouse Live locations, which will be opened in other markets.

"Our idea is to bring the concert experience to a new and more personal level -- to allow fans to connect with their favorite band in a unique and comfortable environment," said Bair. "By allowing fans to actually interact with the performers, not only do they get to experience the music in an incredibly intimate fashion, but they can embrace the performers and have an even deeper connection."

Tickets for The Fixx are on sale now, and are available by calling RockHouse Live at 972.421.0992. Doors will open at 6:00, and the concert will start at 8PM with Waking Norman. Three levels of tickets are being offered: VIP, which is already sold out; at $80 per ticket; Guaranteed Seating at $55 per ticket; and General Admission, at $42.50 each. All tickets get to meet and mingle with the band.
