Big House Studios Plans Asset Sale

NEW YORK, Sept. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Big House Film and Photography Studio L.L.C. ("Big House"), a leading photography studio and creative digital services provider based in San Francisco, California, announced today that it plans to sell a large portion of its corporate assets. Key assets include properties in San Francisco, California and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, as well as digital media software and other equipment. The Big House assets would likely be the target of a strategic acquirer looking to expand its current business platform or other institutional acquirer looking to gain a physical presence in those locales. In connection with the proposed transaction, Big House has retained The Camelot Group International, LLC ("The Camelot Group") as its sole financial advisor.
