Tennis Star Partners With Exclusive Resorts to Co-Develop

AOL co-founder Steve Case's Exclusive Resorts has formed a partnership
with Andre Agassi to co-develop luxury resort real estate in the United
States and abroad.

The partnership is the first post-retirement endeavor for Agassi. Agassi
will work with Exclusive Resorts to co-develop luxury resort communities
that feature Agassi/Graf tennis and fitness facilities.

Exclusive Resorts is the largest destination club with nearly 2,400
members and 300 residences in 35 top-rated beach, leisure, mountain and
metropolitan resort destinations in North America, Central America, the
Caribbean and Europe.

Agassi will also become a senior advisor to the company, helping it to
develop its tennis and fitness programs for members, while also consulting
on destination selection and facility design.

Agassi and his wife Steffi Graf join golf legend Jack Nicklaus as co-
developers with Exclusive Resorts.
