Allegiance Communications, LLC Announces Acquisition of Selected Cable Television Systems From Charter Communications

NEW YORK, Sept. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Allegiance Communications, LLC ("Allegiance"), a portfolio company of The Wicks Group of Companies, L.L.C. ("Wicks"), announced today the acquisition of selected cable television systems from Charter Communications (NASDAQ:CHTR) serving approximately 29,000 video subscribers in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri and Texas.
