Sinclair Names Michael Brickey General Manager of WDKY-TV in Lexington, KY

LEXINGTON, Ky., June 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:SBGI) announced that Michael Brickey has been named General Manager for WDKY-TV (FOX 56) in Lexington, Kentucky. The announcement was made by Steve Marks, Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair's television group.

In making the announcement, Mr. Marks said, "We are excited to promote Michael to General Manager of WDKY. During his 11 years with the station, he has been an integral part in building and growing FOX56. He has demonstrated his ability to effectively manage and assist our customers with their marketing plans."

Mr. Brickey has spent the past 11 years at WDKY-TV, most recently and from 2004 as General Sales Manager. From 2003 to 2004, he served as Local Sales Manager and from 2002 to 2003 as National Sales Manager. Prior to that and from 1994, he served as an Account Executive. Mr. Brickey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Morehead State University.
