MindMatics Partners With New Line Cinema to Create 'Snakes on a Plane' Content for Mobile Phones

NEW YORK, April 3/PRNewswire/ -- MindMatics has signed an agreement with New Line Cinema to
create mobile content pegged to the upcoming Summer 2006 film, "Snakes on a
Plane" in North America and Europe.

Directed by David Ellis and starring international superstar
Samuel L. Jackson, "Snakes on a Plane" will be in theatres on August 18,
2006. Jackson plays an FBI agent who is escorting a government witness on a
flight from Hawaii to Los Angeles. During this flight, the crime lord
releases hundreds of deadly snakes on the commercial airliner to eliminate
the witness before he can testify against him.

Coinciding with the new movie release, MindMatics will produce
and distribute screensavers, ring tones, videos and a wireless game for this
extraordinary movie event. The wireless game is based on the film theme: In
this action-packed game the FBI agent has to protect the witness and airplane
passengers by fighting the snakes in a desperate attempt to survive. The
wireless game will be available for all major mobile phones and will be
offered to network providers and online portals.

CTIA, the largest wireless show taking place in Las Vegas from April 5 - 7
(Booth 2653-FF, Entertainment Pavilion).
