BroadRelay and Films By Jove ink Deal to Broadcast Russian Animation Online
PHILADELPHIA, April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BroadRelay, Inc. (http://www.broadrelay.com/), a Philadelphia-based technology, media and entertainment company, and a wholly owned subsidiary of BroadRelay Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BDRH), announced today that it has signed a one-year deal with Films By Jove (FBJ) to broadcast FBJ's Russian animation online. The animated series will be added to BroadRelay's existing slate of online programming under the "SIVOO(TM)" brand name (http://www.sivoo.com/).
"We believe that the agreement with BroadRelay will make our animation accessible to the increasingly important US Spanish language market," said Joan Borsten, President of Films by Jove. "BroadRelay will also help us better serve our existing loyal fans in the US -- the Cubans, who, like Russians, grew up with this incredibly beautiful Soviet animation. These films are a must for all parents with young children because they are non-violent, based on good moral values, and so well written that they are appropriate viewing for the whole family."
Daniel Leon, VP Business Development & International Programming for BroadRelay, said, "BroadRelay is proud to partner with Films By Jove. These series help SIVOO achieve its mission of providing unique, interesting programming for its viewers. We are excited to expand SIVOO's offering to the Spanish community."
BroadRelay currently has agreements with international content providers covering hundreds of movies and television series in 17 languages. The Company officially launched Spanish and Chinese online networks in January 2006 and expects to launch additional languages later in the year.

About Films By Jove International:
In 1992 Films By Jove (FBJ), the Los Angeles-based production and distribution company, acquired worldwide distribution rights (excluding the former USSR) to Moscow's famous Soyuzmultfilm Library. One of the best-kept secrets of the Cold War was that the Soviets had an animation industry second only to Hollywood in quantity and quality. Over the past ten years FBJ has invested millions of dollars digitally restoring and marketing the stunning animation, which is now broadcast into millions of homes around the world, introducing Russian culture to wide audiences for the first time.
